Eftimie Murgu is a village in the county of Caras-Severin, Banat, Romania.
The settlement was called Rudăria until 1970, and now bears the name Eftimie Murgu revolutionist, born in this village. From geographically, Eftimie Murgu village is located in SW Romania, on the outskirts of Caras Severin SE, Depression Almăjului. It is located between: 44º54'16'' N lat at Meadow lu Brusu; 44º43'30'' lat S Vrapcioanea; 22º2'29" long V; 22º12'30'' long.
The city is known for the famous water mills, dating back hundreds of years. The complex Mulinologic Rudăria draws many from the country and abroad and included in UNESCO.
