Upper Lavra it is the territory of the National Historical and Cultural Reserve of national importance, it is the museum of history, culture and religion of Kyiv Rus.

There are four entrance to Upper Lavra, but the main entrance is the western gate of Trinity Gate Church. It is the main passage for touristic visiting the Kiev-Pechersk reserve.
