It is assumed that the whole or the greater part was made of wood. Defensive qualities of the hill was extended even for a moat and rampart erected. Today you can see the earth fortifications, moat is 2 meters deep and up to 25 m in width. The whole is covered by forest.
The village already existed in the 14th century. And was a royal property. Then he passed into the hands Bogoriow family and his representative - voivode of Sandomierz Wojciech built a small castle at the end of the 13th century.
